Duel cigar cutter. base is black steel, shaft is brass about 10" tall, writing not English, been in the family a long time, no idea of value.

My grandparents had this and a lot of other stuff. I'm 43 and remember it from when I was little- I'm interested in the stamp mark in the center, it's written in Danish, why was this in Ohio?
