my family calls her the "The Beer Lady"

I got her at a white elephant sale over 20 years ago for 3 bucks. Don't know if she's worth anything, but I love her. The picture is pretty clear, there is a bit of cracking and crazing, but still beautiful. I have tried many times to find info on it, but always came up empty handed. Hope someone has a few clues to throw my way and if possible, any idea if she's worth anything? Thanks all!
