African Masks

This is a mask that I got yard sailing today. I believe it’s vintage and made for the tourist trade. I was told it’s African , but it has more a Asian/Malaysian feel to me. It’s thin wood, painted black. Mustache has been sewn on. I think the teeth are shells, but not sure. Any information on origin would be helpful.
