She is a Effanbee Patsy look a like if her back is not stamped Effanbee . Made of composition . These dolls were copied by many companies with the popularity of Patsy and did copy cat type dolls . 1930 appx age Look at her back and tell me if you see her name and marking . I will watch for reply
