Found in a barn,I am the curios type. I dragged it home. It wasn't broken.I put the category tractor because I don't have a clue.

I'm no expert by any means, but I believe the Richardson MFG Co was into manufacturing farm equipment -- so tractor category may not be too far off ;)
ar8jason,Thank you for your input,It is 11'' long,4" wide,3 3/4" deep. I was in the Navy 1955-1959. Served on a tanker. I still have some of my mom's ration tokens, I should hang to them,you never know.
