Belgium Documents with cancelled stamps and several hundred cancelled stamps cut from similiar documents

I got these 96 documents at a blind stamp auction - but I do not know much about them. These are 3 of about hundred - with various types of documents with the cancelled stamps and some with various signatures and stampings. Would appreciate any information on these documents.
