found this and just loved the sound despite the old strings....structually perfect,beautiful woods other than that do not know anything.Inside lbael only says "japan".I figure it must be from the 70's,lady thought it was a childs guitar,and said it came from an estate sale.

Just saw a guitar on ebay with a similar head inlay called a Lyle.
