Old wringer or farm press of some sort...

Picked this up at a garage sale recently for a buck. I thought it was a clothes wringer at first, but upon closer inspection I don't think this is the case. It is very heavy. The wheels (presses) in the middle seem to be made of cast iron and it has a crank handle for turning. My latest guess is that it was used for crushing some type of grain or other produce.

I'd love to find out what exactly this is.
