old antique brass telephone info please????

I recently got a present of this beautiful old brass antique telephone and would love to find out more info on it eg. maker, how old,value etc.etc. The makers label reads something like'Citco International' but is difficult to make out. The label on its base says New York made.Hope this helps all info greatly appreciated..
