    It's missing the arms and something on top. Not sure what it is, but it's driving me nuts. Couldn't find any writing or markings on the part I have.

      I had one of these growing up. Early nineties. It went with small plastic robots the brand of which escapes me at the moment... z-bots or something along those lines.
