George Hunzinger recliner prototype?

This is a George Hunzinger chair that I came into possession of several years ago and was wondering if anybody knows how I can get it off my hands. I’m not sure what sort of market this thing belongs in. It appears to be a prototype and I’ve only seen one like it on the Internet, but it was in horrible condition.
