    I don't know what this doll is called. It was my Nana's doll when she was a young girl. She would bring it out of her closet along with her other dolls for us to hold for a few minutes. Then wrap them back in a baby blanket and put back away.

      It's a Topsy Turvy Doll. They were very popular for many years, probably from the beginning of the 20th century to the present. You often find them as handmade dolls. Yours is by Knickerbocker, probably the 1970s, possibly the '60s.
