I know this is a little late, but this is a coffee pot from the Hall China, Super Ceram line. Search "Hall Super Ceram" in images and you will see the pottery mark. I haven't seen this coffee pot before, but there is a very similar one in the Hall Flare Ware line. Just search images for "Hall Flare Ware coffee pot".
