Gorgeous bowl
Sure would be nice to know what it is called and who made it.
Photo #1 is side view in upright position
# 2 is looking down thru top
# 3 is looking up thru bottom

you have an Elegant Glass rolled edge console bowl. The decoration is cut, which was often done by third party companies. These were sometimes accompanied by a glass flower frog. A number of glass makers made these so they aren't always easy to attribute; tho' this one does seem to closely match one made by Cambridge Glass.

Do you know of any source to ID the glass maker?
