Antique Pens Mystery

I dont know much about these pens, beyond there's a bigger set and a smaller set, one's a King and the other is a Queen, as one can tell from the photos. I am hoping to find ANY kind of information on these pens, and also how to use them, cause if I can I'd really like to.

It was my great grandfather's, from what I've been told. My mother held onto them for me until I was old enough to not ruin them (aka no longer a teenager).

I dont know ANYTHING about these pins, the date they were made or the company, nothing. There's nothing inside the cases or on the outside.
