Can you identify this decanter?

This decanter stands 9 3/4 inches tall and ha a raised "Made in Italy" on the bottom with a raised "45" also on the bottom. Beautiful Rose/Floral design on one side in gold and also has gold "sprinkles". Is indented on all 4 sides on the bottom half. The stopper also has idents, 3 on one side, 3 on the other side. Opalescent in the light. I would like to know the maker. 1950's? Has mold marks.
Found this item at a local thrift store because it was gorgeous but I'd like to know more about it.
