My Dad got these for my mom around WWII

I can remember Mom and Dad using these sugar tongs when I was very small at holiday times. More memories...These are from Lapland. Note the figure in native costume. Box also says Lapland on it, but it's hard to see due to age. Hit the Mystery button my mistake. Sorry, Folks!
