Vintage Push & Pull all Metal Ride-On Tractor Toy

Looking for info. on this push & pull ride-on all metal tractor toy. The tractor has two foot bars above the front wheels where a child would put their feet, & a push & pull handle grip bar to propell them forward. It also has an adustable seat. How old is it/production yr.? who made it? how much is it worth in it's current condition & fully cleaned & restored condition?
