Black Texaco Firemans Hat

Ok here is a black firemans helmet, now I see red fire chiefs but I dont see these black firemans helmet, so I would like any information anyone has on them cause I would like to find a couple.

This does not look like it has the speaker shield like the fire chief helmet.
