    I absolutely love the crazy camouflage pattern on this thing. There used to be a delicate tin gun in either side sponson, but it's in fairly nice condition otherwise.

    It has a simple wind up motor similar to one of my others I recently posted. It's about the same size too (this is 6 1/2" versus 7").

    It's probably not surprising that Japanese and German toys of this era can be very similar, this not being the best example. Sometimes the differences are only in the litho and, of course, one is stamped "Germany" and the other "Japan".

    Would love to know the maker if anyone has an idea.

      hi ive had a number of tanks, the one pictured in my profile is a maybe 1930s Japanese tank, in good working order. where a man pops out as the tank moves and makes a rat tat sound
