My dad was going through a dumpster and found an old envelope with 3 negatives. One of the negatives I do not know who it is, the second one is Mitzy Gaynor, and the third I do believe looks like Marilyn Monroe. Can you give me your feedback on this, I cant find the same photograph of this and just dont know anything about it?

      Hi, cool find.
They are actually not negatives. Looks like they are transparencies or slides that may have been backlit from a lightsource at one point. If the group your dad found contained this pic (which is DEFINITELY Marilyn), and Mitzi Gaynor, they are from the movie, "There's No Business Like Show Business". Could the third photo be Ethel Merman? She was also in the movie. I'll check and see if I can find some stills from that movie to see if I can find one similar to yours. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks so much. I will post the other two pictures all well. Too bad its not a orginal negative i thought he found something big, lol but it is still really cool. I'm so glad it is Marilyn, we thought so but we not for sure. It was mixed in with a bunch of boxes of files and documents he found by the dumpster. The file folders and documents are all from International Shoe Company but they had a lot of pictures of events and these and photos of president kennedy and someone who was big in golf Arnold something... I dont have them on me they are at my dads but im going to go take some more photos and post some of the documents we have also. Thanks again! :)

      Hello Jean
Have You tried taking them to a photograhy shop to see if they can have the the negatives or whatever they are developed.
its worth a try its obviously from one of her earlier films or Early Modeling Jobs.

I was the lucky winner of this transparency on Ebay. :)

This transparency is an unpublished image from a shoe advertisement Marilyn did in 1951. Refer here http://www.thisismarilyn.com/mm-early-ad-for-mens-shoes-67737.photo

Dear Candle, since you now have the transparency of this photo in your possession, can we see a full (better) photo somewhere?
Love to read back from you.
