I picked up this item at my fav second hand store not to long ago. I assumed it was a produce holder, great for my potatos and onions. But after trying to really figure out what it was it looks a lot like a trash bin? the top drawer face pulls down and the bottom is a tip out bin. Please Help
Have the same hamper with the tissue box and dusting powder. ( great idea for kitchen to use for recycle items!) Thanks Barb
