We Think This Is A Depression Glass Sandwitch Plate

I got this in garage sale for three dollars. Also I got the matching two piece chip and dip set. I broke the dish and have only the plate now. I don't think any of this was ever used. It's in perfect shape. I have no idea the value for insurance purposes.
