TeresD : the Morgans were minted from 1878 to 1921,they are highly prized and very popular.The one you are showing appears to be a high grade coin.
The Barber quarters were minted from 1892 to 1916.
A good place to watch the prices is on eBay,the silver price dropped last week but is on the increase this week .The silver market closed today in the mid $38 range.That puts the melt value on silver dollars at around $30 and the silver quarters at around $ 6.50.As always condition,year and mint is the biggest factor in determing the price on any coin.Have fun in your quest for new coins.Keep in mind the silver market changes almost hourly.
