This plate belongs to one of my sisters and she is hoping somebody can tell her how old it is. It is similar to Pony Express, On the back it has a crown with what looks like wings and says fine bone English china above the crown and Made in England under the crown below the made in England are some numbers and letters painted in gold.
I forgot to add the name Tuscan was above the fine ....
