Old Newspaper circa 1945 ROTO MAGAZINE from Louisville, Kentucky

It was .10 cents at a garage sale. I have no clue if it has any value(sentimental to be sure)

I got it because the boy on the cover is smiling even though he is on crutches. The attitude alone is worth 100X that amount!
