It's clay, for sure. Keramik.
Can you check the height?
Is it 30 cm? (11.8 inches)
347 form number; 30 height.
"Scheurich" numbers are form followed by height.
But I think it is Dümler & Breiden. (1883-1992) D&B was one of the many companies in the Höhr-Grenzhausen region, and they produced an enormous range of styles over the years, from very traditional to strong Pop Art.
