This was a Goodwill find years ago. From what I have seen on the internet all I know is that it is a african fertility doll. Seems to be like clay on the face, and the bird and cheeks are made up of little beads. The hairdress might be tin? Still curious as to actual age and origin. Any guesses?
Akuba Ashanti from the country of Ghana. I would not hazard a guess as to age, not my specialty. Nice item though. Hope this helps and good luck.
