an old landlord gave me this when one of his tenants died aged 64 in the flat next to mine in 1995. he was irish.it has a cork stopper at the back of the barrell,may be used for spirits like whisky or vodka-may be from 1960s? has the word FOREIGN on end below stopper hole.
