      I can't tell you much about the age, but this is a great "Cartoon" cel. Nicely framed and the COA, just adds to the piece. Thanks for sharing. I'll have to look it up again, but I posted a link on a similar type of art, and the link is to an expert on character cels. I'll see if I can find it again.
