I was wondering what branch of service this button comes from. It has a 5 pointed star over spread wings. I think it has a rope design around edge. I think it is brass as it is not magnetic. It is dome shaped with indentation on back and a "u" inside a circle.
Not a military Button, made for the fashion industry.
