    It looks like the boat says Waterland or maybe Nederland???

    The signature might be R. Senq or R. Ling ?

      ok, you have the answer already. Its in the left corner, thats the name of the Town. If you can't make it out post a clear picture and we can help. I thought it said Frankfurt but not sure?? Dizzy
