antique beam scale

I have been having trouble trying to figure out the maker of this particular scale. I do how ever know there is very distinct design in graved, on it. as shown in photo. But there is also a name with it that i cant pick up. I do know its a scale, I do know its antique, I do know its cast iron. I do not know much more than that.
