Can anyone give me any information about this? We received this from an elderly friend and would like to know more about it. You sit on it and holding the handle turn the large wheel which then causes the two smaller wheels to turn. There is a metal funnel at the side with an opened bottom that would have allowed something to go into/through it. Thanks in advance for any information!
