Need Help with these dolls today

These dolls look like they were made out of paper mache. Both are attached to wooden stands. I can't find any marks on the to help determine where or who they were made by.

I can tell you they are newer and look like tourist dolls or artist dolls . I can tell my coloring they are not that old . maybe 1980.s . I would need to see body also
