trying to identify something else this hollow totem with little dice inside.

this thing has five little dice, think it may have had six at one time, by the looks of what is standard dice games. anyway wondering if it is a one of a kind or mass produced. looks like bone of some type with a little screw cap and totem beak sticking out.
