Hi here is an original BIBA dress with gold on black celtic label
Dated early 1970s
It is in velvet brocaid design with gorgeous ostrich feather draped straps
and also black velvet straps for different look .
It is so tiny so small and delicate and very beautiful
A lovely piece of vintage history
