PRIMITIVE PAINTED DEER VASE

This is a beautifully painted pottery vase ,the designs and the bright colors are Fabulous! The deer on the vase are so primitively painted , I think it might be Native American ,but I'm not sure because I've also seen similar designs on art from India.
