I found this little guy at the Goodwill Outlet. Thought he was cute. I think he's about 50 years old. Can anyone tell me more about him. I know he should have a fishing pool and maybe a hat?

I have one just like him and he has a base of white cement he sits on and a cowboy type hat in color of straw so I suspect it would represent a straw hat . Your has had some repainting done . I will try and photo mine it is original and post he sits outside in garden .
