A stopperless cracked decanter circa.1750. An early decanter with roughly ground off pontil mark, etched with swags of flowers.
I got this today from eBay for 99p plus postage. I know it's cracked and got no stopper, but it is still amazing how much history you can buy for 99p plus postage. The etching is great quality for that period.
I agree. It's about the glass not the profit!
