      The one thats red white and blue is not a miner head lamp it's a sportsman head lamp for hunting or fishing I have that same one bought at Meijer here in Michigan came with a battery pack made of plastic to hold it and put it on your belt.....As for the other one that look more to be a miner's lamp but I have no info to give you on that one sorry.....
