clock that looks hand painted

This is an item that I am trying to figure out what style and any information on it...I found its from 1933.. looks like hand made flowers and style and looks hand painted very fragile it has a 2 prong cord and face is numbers........does have markings on bottom but not sure what it means...does have patients thats how I found the year...abouts.....
any info to guide me on how to figure this help would be appreciated...Thanks
