I picked this up at a estate sale and at the time I just thought it as a neat little end table/night stand with a stash box on top of it and listed it on Craigslist for $60 bucks. Then yesterday I got a call from a very nice guy telling me that it was really a humidor and is worth much more then my asking price of $60 bucks. I've been looking all day and really cant find much about my Humidor. So if anybody has any information about it please let me know. Age? What kind of wood is it made of? Where is it from? Anything would be of help. It stands 26 1/2 inches tall, 17 inches accross, and 11 3/4 inches deep. The wood is very dark in color, seems to be some type of hard wood, and is heavy. The inside of the box is 16 X 11 inches and the botom of the box looks to have been replaced by a more recent (lighter in color) type of wood. It looks like some other type of box would have fit into this humidor but I have no idea.
Can somebody help me?
