lamp I came across? can not seem to find any like it? Does anyone know the origin of this beautiful lamp?

This beauty stands around 3ft tall, very heavy, unique design of rams maybe and a woman's face, the base I believe is metal, with claw feet, it is very dirty, believe it is brass maybe? as far as history goes. The lamp and I have a very short history.. I found this lamp in a scrap pile, in the back of a truck on the way to the scrapyard!! Please help me to identify the origin?? Thanks
