I went to a small antique store in Baytown,Tx,and this cought my attention, because it looks pretty, old ,and nicely done. The info I found in the botton is:Reed &Barton, silver soldered,0134-H,18 oz.I like to know some history of this product. If you know something about this item I will appreciate it that you shared it with me ,thanks!
P.S. I have updated some pictures, there is a before and after,(the first 2 pictures are the after result)
I used a baking soda and little of salt in boiling water and soaked the pitcher in ,the results was a big difference, but still has some stain in it.

Silver soldered silver plate was generally used for more commercial uses such as Hotels, Trains, Railroads...The plating was more durable and was able to withstand the constant use. I was going to say that they generally had picture marks to date the piece on Reed and Barton. You may want to see if there is any commercial references on the piece as that does ad value to the item.
