I saw this at an antique mall and wondered if this was real or not. Can't find it in petrtti's. Ray, do you have any idea? Or did I just not look well enough?

It's 5 1/2 by 8 1/2. and they want 20 bucks for it. Plus ayear?
It seems to be printed on a smooth newspaper thin paper. There's a crease in the middle.
You can see the embossing on the letters and script. 1890's - 1900's?
It's a slight embossing, from a printer's plate.
late 1800 or early 1900 the slogan could you hold it ? if yes printing machine emboss the paper unlike the late offset ... 1 or 2 $ not more.
