My Grandmother's Watch

This was left to me by my Grandmother. The maker appears to be "Moni" buy I cannot find anything about that maker anywhere. It is a wind up watch that still keeps perfect time. I believe it to be at least 50 years old if not more. Marked on the back is 18k, 0750 and has a left facing "head". There is another mark below that is an unusual shape and seems to have 103 written inside it. Any information on this would be very much appreciated as it has great sentimental value.
