The Servwell is a commercial unit designed for Ice cream toppings. A ex neighbor of mine once operated a concession at our Center City Gimbels and also had a Ice cream truck that she would do the carnival route with, she was quite the character.She gave it to me after I commented on it . The jars missing in the photo jars function as my sugar and Splenda bowls, and were parked eslewhere when I took the photo.
