She is a What we call a "Patty Play Pal by Ideal Co " Look a like doll . Several companies tried to copy her . What is marked on back of her neck ,there should be letters or numbers ?
Ok, I will look for the numbers tomorrow when i go to storage. These dolls look kind of like her but not exactly.
She is not a true Patty Play pal but they used her size to copy her . I will watch for what you see marked on back of her neck .

I looked all over her and could not find any kind of markings. She has a speaker on her chest and a pull cord on the back, I think she use to say I Love You
