Collectible art pottery includes a wide variety of ware from different styles and eras ranging from early English and European works to those of modern studios. Hand-decorated art pottery was popular from the 1870s until after WW1, and was produced by a large number of studios and artists, including Rookwood, Weller, Frankoma, Hull, McCoy, Roseville, Charles Volkmar, Chelsea Keramic, Lonhuda, George Ohr, Newcomb College, Grueby Faience, Adelaide Alsop Robineau, Artus Van Briggle, and the Saturday Evening Girls.
